We listened to your feedback!
Our team is always happy to receive your feedback and solve your problems. We’ve heard that you’ve been encountering issues with user permissions during your transitions. That’s why we decided to include more user-related features in our product.
Our new features will get you out of the maze with a new JSU condition and an updated post function feature.
Post function feature
With our popular “Perform as user” feature you can execute a post function as another user. With JSU 2.18.0, this feature is now available also for the following JSU post-functions: Clear field value, Copy/Move attachments, Copy value from other field, Update any issue field, Follow up transition
With this option, only allowed users can see the transition. You can specify which users can see the transition and help your teams work efficiently. Configure this condition adding the same user as in the “performed as user” post function to enforce automations.
We have included an additional feature on the “Clear field value” post function. Now you can clear a field not only on the origin issue but also in related issues on one transition.
Excited about what’s new in JSU? Check out the JSU documentation for more details on the condition and post function configuration.
