Less than a year after the joining of beecom Products and Appfire, beecom Services also joins an international player, opening the doors to a wide range of products and services for its customers. This marks another chapter in beecom’s success story.

In the short term, there are no changes. You will continue to work with the people you know, and they will only become better at their areas of expertise. Your closest contact at Beecom and Eficode will keep you abreast of practical changes.

Will the quote you gave me still be honored?

Both Eficode and beecom continue to honor quotes submitted to the existing and future customers for the validity periods of those quotes.

Will there be any staffing changes that might affect me?

We are not making staffing changes as part of the announcement of the acquisition. We expect to offer you an even wider variety of experts and services in the future and we look forward to identify those business opportunities together with you.

Who do I call if I have a problem or concern?

We continue to use all existing communication and support channels for the time being. We will inform you of all changes in our support and service delivery practices well ahead of time, giving you plenty of time to accommodate with those changes.
